The Wellness Place donates massage therapy time to veterans and first responders weekly.
Up to once per month, our heroes can receive 30 minutes of massage therapy FOR FREE. Look for the logo in our Services Menu.
Longer sessions are available at a deeply discounted rate.
Yoga Classes
Join our Master Massage and Movement Therapist as she instructs our community donation-based yoga classes.
Tuesdays and Thursdays 8:30am at Bear Cave Coffee and Sundays 9:15am at OneLife Fitness and Nutrition.

Farmer's Market
Have you heard about the Market in Downtown Mesquite?
Every week from Saturday after Easter through the Saturday after Thanksgiving local vendors, artisans, and food trucks show up on Front Street.
Our small shop is open during the market from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Drop by to pick up a gift or chat with the Therapist on Duty.
Mesquite Downtown Advisory Board and Committees
We participate in the Downtown Mesquite mission, with our presence, input and active engagement.
